Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Firexport feedback board at feedback.firexport.dev. By using the board you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.

What this board is

A place to send us product feedback, vote on other people's ideas, follow our roadmap, and read what we have shipped. It is offered free of charge, and we may change or discontinue it.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your credentials to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the board to:

• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or deliberately misleading content;
• post someone else's personal information, or content you have no right to share;
• spam, vote-manipulate, or run automated scraping or load against the board;
• probe, break, or work around its security or access controls.

Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting it here you give us permission to display, store, and distribute it on the board and in related product communication such as changelog entries.

Feedback and feature requests are ideas, not commitments. We may act on them, decline them, or build something similar independently, with no obligation and no compensation.

Moderation

We may edit, merge, reclassify, hide, or remove any post or comment — for example merging duplicate requests — and we may suspend accounts that break these terms. We are not obliged to keep any content available.

No warranty

The board is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content on it is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits arising from your use of the board.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above; continuing to use the board after that means you accept the updated terms.
